Terms & Conditions:
On all tours an initial deposit of 50% may be required on booking and the balance is payable prio to the start of the tour.
If a passenger fails to join a tour, joins it after departure or leaves it prior to completion, no refund or rebate will be made.
Tsiba Tsiba Tours reserves the right to alter routes and itineraries for any reason, but will endeavour to inform clients of such changes prior to departure.
Cancellation policy - terms will be stated upon booking.
Standard cancallation terms include:
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelling less than 7 days prior to the departure of the tour
- During the World Cup 2010 period, cancellation terms may vary.
Please note: the day of the tour does not count as one cancellation day; a 14 day cancellation period may be quoted.
