Craft Beer Tour

Join us for a day out sampling some of the best Craft Beer Cape Town has to offer. This a tour for the beer lover with a sense of adventure !

We drive out into the country to check out the microbreweries that have exploded all over the Cape. Great award-winning beers are sampled along with Brewery Tours and pub grub along the way !

The day begins at 9.45 am when we collect you from your accommodation and drive to Stellenbosch where we join the Brewery Tour at Stellenbrau. Their Craven Craft Lager was voted top lager at the Global Craft Beer Awards in Berlin 2014

Brewery Tour followed by a flight tasting of 4 beers and 500ml of your choice

Our Next stop is at Wild Clover Brewery “Back to slow and the values associated with it” says Ampie Kruger and his team who are of the opinion that we are moving back to our roots and a lifestyle that is more balanced and less rushed.  “The enjoyment of mealtimes and drinks are meant to be a festive occasion and not a matter of survival.”

Anura Wagon Trail Brewing Company is next in the firing line   Brewed on the site of the old route used to service the trading post at Cape Town harbor in 1819, our beer pays homage to those who forged the original wagon trail and their enduring quest for refreshment.

Each of our finely crafted beers is an ice-cold, thirst-quenching tribute to the pioneering spirit. Every unexpected twist, a salute to those trailblazers who break the rules for rewarding results.

Our last stop is at the Cape Brewing Company CBC became a reality when the Swedish brewer, Henrik Dunge joined the team of two beer enthusiasts, Charles Back and Andy Kung and helped to put their words into action to establish a brewery that makes beer as it should be made — in true craft style.
